What better way to celebrate the end of an amazing school year than with a Mathnasium End of Year Bash! In June, students from all grade levels joined us at our Mathnasium of Kendall center for the festivities.
Everyone (instructors included!) enjoyed fun games, prizes, and pizza! The fan favorite of the night was Musical Chairs where students had the chance to show off their dance skills! Along with Musical Chairs, everyone had the chance to try their hand at “Pin the Plus on the A” (our own Mathnasium version of Pin the Tail on the Donkey), use their spatial reasoning skills to score big in the Basketball Tournament, and strategize their way through table games such as Connect Four, Giant Jenga, and Mancala. Students had the opportunity to earn prizes for winning games and beating instructors in challenges.
The End of Year Bash was a great success. All of our participants donated towards a local PTA. The school with the most students in attendance earned the total donations. Thanks to our Mathnasium families, Jane S. Roberts K-8 Center’s PTA will receive the funds we raised!
