Now with our Clear the List Program you can give back to your favorite teacher! We have all experienced how a great teacher can change and inspire the lives of children. Unfortunately, school funding cuts sometimes make it a challenge to be as effective as they would like, with some shelling out hundreds of dollars on school supplies, as well as on clothing and food for pupils from low-income households.
One Business Insider report said US teachers spend $500 of their own money on school supplies, such as crayons and chalk. While some teachers have found innovative ways to mitigate the problem, others could still use our help. This is why we are introducing our Clear the List Program.
Each of our three Mathnasium Learning Center locations will be donating $50 to two different teachers to help them 'clear their list" of some of the items they need for their classrooms. Visit our Facebook page and tag your teacher's amazon wishlist. They could win $50 worth of supplies to help them throughout the school year!
