A: It's not necessarily the hardest or quietest workers - but the ones who are willing to work, who don't need to be reminded nonstop to keep working, those ones do the best!

A: Bring them for a free evaluation! Then, they can see we aren't so scary.

A: I love using dice, because they can literally see how the probabilities work.
