Summer Update

Jul 1, 2019 | North Alpharetta

Summer is in full swing here at Mathnasium, and a lot has happened since an update was last posted on our website. We've introduced many new instructors to our team, and many new students have joined our family as well. The days have been slower than usual, as our students have been spending more of their time basking in the sun, but they have nonetheless been making tremendous progress in their math learning.

Though our students were initially reluctant to spend their summer time at Mathnasium, we've made sure to make it worth their while. Each week, students are prompted with a dress-up theme, and, if they dress according to the theme, they receive free spins on the prize wheel. This has resulted in candy, stars, and smiles all around! Furthermore, we've given our students the opportunity to buy some summer-themed prizes with their cards, including a hammock, an assortment of floaties, and a scooter, among other fun rewards. The prospect of winning these prizes has motivated our students to work harder at the center, resulting in their overall growth.

However, our students' hard work has not prevented them from having fun at the center! Our amusing student Mitchell loves making the Mathnasium instructors laugh, and he is pictured doing just that in the attached photo, turning a Mathnasium pencil into a mustache. Mitchell even makes math funny!

As you can see, summer at Mathnasium of North Alpharetta has been both a fun and productive time, and we can't wait for our students to keep up the good work as the summer progresses!
