Many students take standardized exams as the end of the school year approaches. Mathnasium can help your students prepare for these exams - with proper instruction, methods, and preparation, your child can achieve their potential!
Children enrolled in Florida public schools will take standardized math tests this spring. Students in grades 3-8 will take the Mathematics FSA (Florida Standards Assessments). Students who take Algebra or Geometry will take the EOC (End-of-Course Exam) for their corresponding subject.
In our center, we focus on the specific skills and benchmarks that will be evaluated on these exams. We do not believe in memorizing tables or procedures. Mathnasium focuses on improving our students math skills as well as encouraging solid mathematical and logical thinking. Through eyeball to eyeball instruction and practice problems, our students prepare for standardized tests in a targeted and systematic way. Our students leave with confidence and a greater understanding of key mathematical concepts.
Mathnasium also prepares students for admission tests like the ISEE and SSAT. We also work with students to maximize their performance on the math portion of the PSAT, SAT, and ACT.
Mathnasium’s mission is to help your child build a strong mathematical foundation that will serve them well both now in school - and for life! Give us a call at (305) 974-1747 for more information.
