New STEM Building at SPHS campus

Apr 11, 2019 | South Pasadena

It's almost here!  South Pasadena High School will soon have a new STEM Building on campus.  The construction took a little more than a year to complete, but the plans for it started more than 10 years ago.  Then, in 2016 when South Pasadena voters passed Measure SP, a $ 98M bond allowed for the funding of such projects.

According to District Superintendent Geoff Yantz, this STEM Building is the most substantial project yet to use Measure SP funds.

On April 24, from 5:45pm to 6:30pm, community members are welcome to tour the facility on the Diamond Ave. side of campus.  This is the same night as the school's Open House.  Hope to see you there!
