Center Director Job Opening

Are you looking to put your experience, talent, and passion to use making a difference in the lives of students while running a fun business?  Do you relate to the challenges parents and students face with learning math in school today? 


As the Center Director in a local Mathnasium Learning Center, you will have a talented team and powerful program to help parents address math challenges for their children. 

You will coordinate with parents, teachers and your staff to tailor and monitor math programs for each student to improve their grades and build skill and confidence.  You will have overall responsibility for leading a team and managing Learning Center marketing, sales, center operations, instructor hiring, and training. 

  • A college degree and math skills up to Pre-Calculus are desired but not necessary.  The primary qualifications are a passion for and experience working with kids and communicating with parents. 
  • Compensation can range from $20,000 to $60,000+ per year depending on flexible terms ranging from 25+ hours per week with hourly wages to full time with a base salary and opportunities for performance bonuses.

Math Instructor Job Opening

Mathnasium of Meridian is always looking to hire highly skilled and motivated Instructors who have a strong math background and good communication skills. Must be engaging with children from grades 2-12 and be able to teach up to and including Algebra I, II, Geometry, and Pre-Calculus. Classroom and one-on-one mathematics teaching experience is a plus.


BS degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or other technical field is preferred. However, college students with strong math skills and working on a technical or business degree will be considered.  High school instructors are considered on a teacher referral basis.  

Candidates must have excellent skills of working with all ages of children and be able to help students build strong self confidence with math.

All candidates must:

  1. Pass an Math Literacy Test (includes up to Algebra 2) without a calculator.

  2. Be available to work at least 2 days per week.

  3. Previous tutoring experience is a plus.

  4. Pass a background check.
