On-Campus Learning Resumes for SDUSD

Apr 9, 2021 | Mira Mesa & Scripps Ranch

San Diego Unified School District closed its campuses on March 16th, 2020 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. More than a year later, our students will finally have the opportunity to resume on-campus learning starting Monday, April 12th!

If virtual learning has been a great fit for your family and you are not returning to on-campus, we will continue to offer our virtual tutoring, Mathnasium@Home!

If remote learning has not proven to be successful for your child and you are ready to return back to face-to-face learning, we are here to encourage and support your transition!

The transition back to on-campus will mean a new schedule, finding a new routine, new formats for schoolwork, and a new pace to get used to.

The COVID Slide has caused many students to lose up to a year of academic skills -- especially in math! We will start with a grade-level assessment when you come in so we can identify the gaps that are preventing them from being successful this year.

Once we have your child's custom learning plan, we will equally balance our instructional time on filling gaps while supporting their homework, tests, and quizzes to give them the best foundation for the fall!
