Rhony Jeudy, Jr. Owner and Center Director
Rhony Jeudy, Jr. graduated from Saint Thomas Aquinas College in 2002 with a BS in Psychology. He continues to seek his MPA in Emergency Disaster Management at Metropolitan College of New York in NYC. Rhony served with pride in the USMC with Honor, Courage and Commitment and wants to pass along his Infantry/Assault man military knowledge, leadership and management skills to next generation. Rhony has enjoyed a successful professional career in the field of case management and social work. Rhony has loved teaching, coaching, training other co-workers in mastering their skills of making the homeless Veterans, mentally ill, alcoholic and drug addicted population to become more resilient in their communities. Rhony has worked with children since his teenage years as a soccer coach. Additionally, and most recently he has volunteered as scout leader and continues to work with children at Our Lady of Mercy Academy in Park Ridge NJ. Rhony has always possessed a passion for math from a young age. He is excited to bring these two facets together. He believes the Mathnasium Method enables children to further their understanding of math concepts, while building confidence and forging a positive attitude toward the subject. He and his wife, Vinia, have seen this happen with their own two young sons as they have brought the Mathnasium Method to them! Rhony’s desire is that math becomes second nature to all kids, that math is no longer a subject that kids fear but a subject that is fun and that will serve them well into the future, from early school through their professional careers. Rhony is excited to bring the Mathnasium Method to children directly and teach them how numbers make sense!
Vinia Jeudy – Owner/Assistant Director/Public Relations
I am the mother of two boys and the wife of a USMC Veteran (Rhony Jeudy Jr). I have a Bachelor degree in Biology with a concentration in Biotechnology. My main responsibility at Mathnasium is to ensure that the team have all the tools necessary to perform their task/responsibility. As far as interests and hobbies I enjoy art, arts and craft, poetry and being a mother to my children.
Christian Musngi – Lead Instructor
Christian has a background in Computer Science. He has a passion for mathematics and computers.
Adam Dore – Lead Instructor
"Adam graduated from Saint Thomas Aquinas with a Bachelor of Science degree in the field of biology along with a minor in chemistry, but he also excels in mathematics, making him an excellent fit for the Mathnasium team. Adam's goal is to show children that math is actually fun, and can be applied to almost every facet of everyday life. Aside from his interests in both math and science, Adam is passionate about traveling, outdoor activities, sports, and animals. He hopes one day he can combine his knowledge of science and love for animals to work with chimpanzees in some capacity (yes, you read that right, and yes...he may be a little crazy). Talk to him about chimps or baseball and you're sure to learn something and have an interesting conversation!"
Jason Dore - Instructor
Jason graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas College in 2016 with a B.S. in Social Sciences and a Minor in Education, while making the Dean’s List all eight semesters. At STAC, he developed a passion for traveling and experiencing different cultures through a study abroad trip to London, Amsterdam, and Brussels, and a work service trip to the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. He also served on the executive board of numerous student clubs and organizations. Prior to attending STAC, he graduated from Clarkstown High School North, where he was a member of the Rams’ volleyball team. His other hobbies include drawing, hiking, playing guitar, and watching baseball. Jason’s background in educational studies, experience working with children, and his desire to serve as a mentor are among the many reasons he became a Mathnasium Instructor.
