Welcome to Mathnasium of New Berlin

My daughter (10) began about a year ago. Completing math homework at home was a struggle, and it is not easy to motivate a child to spend time doing additional practice. We enrolled at Mathnasium and math started becoming something she could do in her head. She was behind her class, but has since been in a high-percentile on MAP scores, in math and all other areas. It has made a world of difference for her to have a focused, dedicated space to think and support to make math fun.

My daughter, Riley, is a student at Mathnasium in Mew Berlin! Math has always been a struggle for her, many times to the point of tears in the kitchen while struggling with homework! We knew we needed! Other places offer tutoring for all subjects in school. We needed to strictly go for math! I was skeptical of some other places because I didn’t want a history person trying to explain math if the math tutor was out sick! We met with Anu and she walked us through a step by step plan, had Riley take a placement test, and she sat with me and explained the results! Anu was very direct, that Riley had a lot of catching up to do! We decided to go for it! Happy to say that, even as Riley was 3 grades behind, she is catching up fast! Her confidence has increased 1000%! She is getting an A in math and has had no lower than a B since we started her at Mathnasium! Even though she is behind, gradelevel wise, she is able to bring her homework in and the staff helps her understand what she is currently learning while also helping her understand the things from lower grades that she struggled so much with! I cannot speak highly enough about the things Riley has been able to accomplish since we started her at Mathnasium! Thanks to Anu and her staff for all their assistance! It truly has made a huge difference!

They go above and beyond to make math fun by providing incentives and prizes the students can work for. They also provide a fun pizza night once a month for the kids to enjoy

Mathnasium has been a game changer for our family. We went from nightly tantrums and crying fits trying to complete homework, to our daughter being excited and confident about math. They have a wonderful way of meeting our daughter at her level, tailoring lessons to meet her needs, encouraging her and building confidence all at the same time. Would highly recommend!!!

I was super hesitant that my son would enjoy going to math, but I was wrong! The instructors explain math in a way that my son understands. At the end of 3rd grade my child was behind in Math, and at the start of 4th, I feel like he is super confident and flying threw his homework! Mathnasium has helped improve my child’s confidence in mathematics tremendously. She has gone from disliking math to enjoying it. If I run into any parent who voices their child’s struggle with the subject, I will happily point them in the mathnasium direction.

Mathnasium has helped my daughter tremendously. Even the first month was incredible with progress. She enjoys going which means even more because when they enjoy things they tend to learn better I’m so glad we found this place for her. It truly helps so much.

The staff really helped my daughter with her high school algebra 2 class. She literally went from getting failing test scores to getting an A on the test because of their tutoring! Even her teacher asked where my daughter had learned the math techniques she was using because they simplified the process. Highly recommend Mathnasium!
