Kristina Miller, Director
Kristina earned her Bachelors of Science in Mathematics from Elizabethtown College in 2014. Working at Mathnasium is a very rewarding job and she enjoys helping the students and sharing her love of math. Her favorite math subjects include calculus and algebra. In her spare time she enjoys reading and playing the piano.
Sanjana Chadive, Instructor
Sanjana is a junior attending Garnet Valley High School. She has taken Algebra II/Trigonometry, Precalculus, and AP Statistics. Sanjana used to come to Mathnasium as a student, so she was thrilled to return as an instructor! In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, watching movies, and playing the flute.
George Grandel, Instructor
George earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Delaware in 1973. Until recently, he worked for an international software vendor developing compilers, including writing the microcode for mathematical computations. George's primary hobbies are playing with grandchildren, leading a cub scout den, teaching children at church, and now learning jazz clarinet.
Elandya Howell, Instructor
Elandya is a graduate West Chester University with a Bachelor of Forensic and Toxicological Chemistry. She has taken college level Algebra, Calculus, and Calculus 2. She works at the PA Equine Toxicology and Research Laboratory. She has been a volunteer teacher’s assistant for a private school in Wilmington on her free time for the past ten years. As a teacher’s assistant, she helped teach and tutor students from Kindergarten to eighth grade in all subjects, including math. Elandya’s passion is to help children enjoy learning math while performing their very best in math.
