It added up right to locate a new math learning center at 212 S. Marion St., according to Jana Frank, owner and director of Mathnasium.

Frank sees Mathnasium as a natural fit with other personal services available on the same block, including The Dailey Method fitness studio and Peekaboo Playroom children’s playhouse.

Mathnasium, which opened in Oak Park Nov. 1, is about enriching children’s math skills, whether they are budding Einsteins or could use some one-on-one help.

“We are not a tutoring center and we are not a remediation center,” Frank said. “We will meet any kid where they are and take them to the next level.”
