CenterDirectorJoseph Romanoff, Center Director

Hi! I'm Joseph Romanoff, & I'm excited to bring the excellence of Mathnasium to Pikesville! I've served the Baltimore community as an educator for the past 10 years, & I am dedicated to helping people discover their innate strengths & capabilities. As founder of a local non-profit devoted to community education & programming, I bring my passion to Mathnasium to help students unlock their potential in math & problem solving, as well as to build their self-confidence for school & life.

CenterDirectorKatie Leftridge, Instructor

My name is Katie Leftridge, and I am an Applied Mathematics major at Stevenson University in Owings Mills. I also play volleyball at Stevenson. In my free time I enjoy reading and cooking. I work at Mathnasium because I love math and teaching! Mathnasium gives me the opportunity to help kids enjoy math as much as I do!

CenterDirectorRiley Lowther, Instructor

I am a student at CCBC, where I study math, physics, and political science. I've loved tutoring math since I first started tutoring in 9th grade, nearly five years ago. I have learned that there's nothing quite like the feeling of providing a student what he or she needs to solve a problem and seeing the student work through it. This has drawn me back to tutoring, year after year.

CenterDirectorJustin McKoy, Instructor

My name is Justin McKoy. I am currently a student at UMBC. I love teaching at Mathnasium because I have always enjoyed math! My dad is a math professor, so he helped me learn different ways to approach problems. I hope that I can help kids do the same thing so that they can be proficient.

CenterDirectorJeanelle Quiambao, Instructor

Hello, my name is Jeanelle Mae Quiambao, and I am a student at UMBC. I have always loved math and how it applies to so many aspects of our lives. Working at Mathnasium gives me the opportunity to share my love for the subject with the students and provide them with support and encouragement to excel in their studies. It is a great feeling when I get to help students tackle questions and see their enthusiasm as they work through the problem!
