We're Open for in-center and @home (online) instruction

Our SUMMER HOURS, for BOTH in-center and @home (online) instruction are:

Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays: 10am - 2pm (one-hour appointments start at 10am, 11am, 12pm, and 1pm)

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 3:30pm - 7:30pm (one-hour appointments start at 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, and 6:30pm)

Fridays and Sundays: Closed

Please use our appointment scheduling tool, Appointy, to schedule in-center and @home appointments.  Existing customers were sent an e-mail with a link to set a password in Appointy.  All new customers will receive that same e-mail, shortly after enrolling. Please call or text 699-5995 (631 area code) if you did not receive that e-mail, or need help signing in and using Appointy.

Customers can use a web browser or the Appointy App to view, create, cancel, and reschedule appointments.

Please make appointments through the end of August.  We will adjust the appointment availability in September, so customers can make appointments once we return to school-year instruction hours, in the fall.

Please help us keep our costs (and our prices) down by setting up and sticking to a regular appointment schedule, and by providing at least 12 hours (24 or 48 hours is better) notice when cancelling or changing appointments.  We set up our instructor schedule based on expected attendance, and often have more instructors than needed when multiple appointments are cancelled or changed on short notice.  This results in unnecessary costs.

Parents/guardians of older students can share their password with their student, and allow the student to manage appointments, if that makes sense for you and your student.

We set up appointment reminders so parents/guardians will receive a text message approximately 3 hours prior to each appointment.  Please let us know if you are not receiving text message reminders, or if you prefer not to receive them.
