WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THE POSITION OF MATHNASIUM INSTRUCTOR.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A MINIMUM OF THREE SHIFTS PER WEEK.
CENTER HOURS ARE MONDAY - THURSDAY 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and SATURDAY 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
We are an innovative math-only learning center. Mathnasium Instructors assist Elementary, Middle and High School students in building their math skills.
Instructor candidates must be motivated, have a strong math background and good communication skills that engage students grades 1-12. Must be able to teach up to and including Algebra I. Capabilities to provide instruction in Algebra II, Geometry and Calculus are a plus. Classroom and one-on-one mathematics experience or experience working with kids in a learning environment will be an asset but not required.
An instructor will work simultaneously with up to 5 students, each working on a different curriculum and grade level. Students come twice a week for one hour sessions. We offer consistent and flexible schedules.
