Jun 15, 2020 | Sudbury

Effective July 1, 2020 we are reopening the Center for in-person visits.  We will also be offering on-line sessions.

On-line sessions may be booked Mondays and Thursdays, 12:00 - 6:00 p.m.

In-person sessions may be booked Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 11:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Please note:

For in-person sessions, please read carefully below to see some of the safety precautions we are taking to keep you and our staff safe!

  • Appointments Required: All in-person sessions or Center visits are by appointment only.
  • Closed Parent Waiting Area:  To reduce the number of individuals in the Center, the parent waiting area will be closed.  Parents and guardians are asked to drop-off and pick-up only.  Please do not bring un-enrolled siblings to the Center.
  • Health check: Students and Employees are asked to NOT come to the Center if they exhibit potential signs of COVID-19 (fever, cough, sore throat); have been in contact with a COVID-19 patient; or are under quarantine
  • Staggered Appointments: Appointments have been staggered every 30 minutes to reduce the number of individuals entering the building at the same time.  There will be a staging area in the building to keep students from different families 6 feet apart.
  • Hand washing:  Students and staff will be asked to wash their hands upon entry.  Staff will wash their hands every hour.
  • Masks:  All students and staff will be required to wear masks.  We ask that you bring your own masks, but we will have a supply available.
  • Spacing: We will adhere to Massachusetts and CDC spacing, capacity, and distancing guidelines.  Students will be seated > 6 feet apart.  Plexiglass barriers will be put in place between students and teachers.
  • Sanitizing:  We will frequently disinfect all high-touch surfaces, such as tables, chairs, door handles, light switches, etc. Each student work area will be sanitized before and after sessions.
  • Pencils and erasers:  Students will be given their own supply and will keep it in their binder. We will NOT be sharing calculators.  Students are asked to bring their own.
  • No shared games:  Unfortunately, we cannot use the traditional games at the Center.
