Welcome to the Team, Matthew!

We’re delighted to officially welcome Matthew to the Mathnasium of [Location] instructor team!

Currently studying aero-mechanical engineering at Strathclyde University, Matthew has had a lifelong love for maths — from his early school days right through to university-level study. When asked why he wanted to join Mathnasium, he said:

“I want to help make maths more fun and approachable for the students in our centre, support their skill development, and inspire them to be passionate about maths.”

Matthew impressed us right from the start, scoring well above the 90% benchmark in our Instructor Assessment during recruitment. His mathematical skills are top-tier, but what really stood out is his eagerness to teach and connect with students.

Now just over a month into his journey with us, Matthew has already made a fantastic impression. His energy, clarity, and enthusiasm shine through in every session. The students enjoy working with him, and the rest of our team are equally thrilled to have him on board.

We’re excited about the positive impact Matthew will continue to make at the centre — and we know he has a bright future ahead in both teaching and engineering.
