Meet the Team at Mathnasium of Westford Chelmsford

Monika holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. After having experience working in the IT industry and Educational field, she decided to take the initiative in a new math resource. The Mathnasium of Westford can benefit students to accelerate their imagination into fundamental math skills. Her past experiences, like being a coordinator at a preschool and implementing mental math practices, that ignited her passion for helping young minds grow. She believes STEM knowledge is an essential part of the new digital generation. STEM relies on innovation and disruptive technology in which math is going to play a pivotal role. She emphasized that a core math skill mastered early in the child's development years can make their growth more fluid and enjoyable. As a mother of one, She has witnessed the difficulties and anxiety that children face in today's learning environment. After meeting Larry Martinek, she believes that the best way to teach math is the way that "makes the most sense to them," the core reason behind her initiative to start a new Mathnasium Learning Center in Westford and nearby communities. She has the vision to help a child realize their real potential in mathematics and build their confidence while having fun. In her spare time, She enjoys volunteering at local public schools, and over the weekend she likes working with kids at a local non-profit organization.
