We are thrilled to share that at the annual Mathnasium convention, our center was given the top award in the US for customer service (aka highest net promoter score)! Out of 986 centers, we are #1! We are grateful to our parents who took the time to reply to the Listen 360 surveys and share such generous scores and comments! THANK YOU!

Our Prosper Mathnasium is fantastic! Ms Jen and the entire staff are absolutely fantastic with the students. They are kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about the impact Mathnasium is having on our town, our students and especially my two kids. I have seen the impact on my kids from elementary, through middle school and now into high school. Kudos to Ms Jen and all the tutors and staff!!!

Mathnasium Prosper, it's the best decision my family has ever made! Our kiddos have different needs and Mathnasium has always been there to not only make sure they make their goals but always has exceeded them! Their director Mrs. Jen does absolutely an amazing job, she runs her program with impeccable fidelity and professionalism, and always is there for everyone. My children adore her and her team. They are always excited and happy to go to Mathnasium. As a super picky mother, I highly recommend this program. They are truly 100% committed to our children's best interest.

We feel very blessed that our daughters have Mathnasium and Miss Jen in their lives. These days when is so hard to find people and places you can trust, having Miss Jen as part of our support system to help the girls thrive is priceless. Mathnasium has not only helped our girls with their math skills and ability to stay ahead, it has given them confidence in themselves, teaching them that they can excel when they set their mind towards a goal and work hard, surrounded by a safe and supportive environment. Miss Jen has been an incredible role model for our daughters - a kind, well respected woman always helping our community. As parents, we can all agree that not a lot of adults get called "my hero" by a teenager, so that says a lot about Miss Jen's character and her ability to be a positive influence for our kids.
Keep up the great work, we are lucky to have you !!

The Prosper Mathnasium has been a pivotal tool in helping my child feel confident in middle school math. Ms. Jen and her team are fantastic! My 7th grader never complains about his sessions and looks forward to them because he knows he's getting the help he needs. They have been amazing during the pandemic and finding ways to still service our children in a safe environment and being flexible as well.

My 8th grade daughter has never enjoyed math. Every year the struggle became harder and harder and math class was the least liked. Since signing up with Ms Jen, she goes 2-3 times per week and not only enjoys it, but looks forward to her sessions. We are seeing definite improvement in her grades at school, but most importantly her confidence. Ms. Jen and her staff are awesome and we’re blessed to be able to be a part of the Mathnasium family in Prosper.

First of all, my kids LOVE going to Mathnasium every week. They love the teachers and adore the owner. My kids get very excited when they achieve 100% on their exams and homework and they attribute it all to Mathnasium and the help they receive there. It is also beneficial to them that they are introduced to the 7th-grade curriculum before they have it in class so it is familiar to them and not as intimidating.

Mathnasium is amazing! The way they have been able to find a way to continue tutoring during stay at home restrictions virtually is so great! My daughter gets a lot work done and is really enjoying the process. Her confidence in math has grown so much in the time she has been at Mathnasium. Ms. Jen and all her staff are wonderful!!!

We feel very privileged to be able to come to a place where my kids are each recognized for who they are and given such special treatment, for no other reason than it's the norm at this amazing facility. The staff and owner go above and beyond to make learning fun. I would not hesitate to recommend Mathnasium Prosper to anyone interested in helping their child improve their math skills.

My daughter liked it better when she was on site and in person but its still made a huge impact on her grades. She actually had a passing score on a test following her first week at Mathnasium because Jen explained things in a way she could understand. The personal level of one on one work is a huge win for my child because she can't get that in today's classrooms with too many kids for the teachers to accomodate.
