Before becoming the owner and Center Director of Mathnasium, I was a proud Mathnasium parent. Seeing the difference the program made for my own daughter-building her skills, confidence, and enthusiasm for math, convinced me that Mathnasium is something truly special. Originally from Canada, I’ve called Dubai home for the past 12 years, where my husband and I are raising our three wonderful children.
Although my background is not in education or mathematics, I bring a strong commitment to learning, excellent communication with parents and children, and a passion for helping every student reach their potential. My goal is to ensure that each family who walks through our doors experiences the same positive transformation that inspired me to join the Mathnasium family.
Omer Osman is a passionate Mathnasium Instructor who brings a dynamic blend of academic prowess and teaching expertise to Mathnasium in The Villa. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and is currently pursuing a Master of Education degree at the Liverpool John Moores University in the UK. After a successful career in engineering, Omer transitioned to education in 2017 and began working at Sudan's elite Westminster School. There, he gained valuable insights into teaching mathematics according to the needs of his students’ individual learning styles and created an inclusive classroom environment in which his students were able to excel. Omer joined Mathnasium Abu Dhabi in 2019 where he was able to bring to life Mathnasium’s unique learning material to demystify complex mathematical concepts and simplify intricate problems into manageable steps, resulting in measurable improvements in his students’ abilities. Omer is adept at fusing engineering insights with educational techniques. His approach bridges the gap between theory and real-world applications, helping students grasp the practical relevance of mathematical concepts and kindling their enthusiasm for the subject in a patient and fun environment. Passionate about mathematics from an early age, Ines Chami turned her natural strength in the subject into a lifelong commitment to helping students succeed. She holds a Diploma of Engineer (Electrotechnics), a Master’s degree in Electrical Networks, and a TEFL certificate. She speaks French, Arabic and English. Early in her career, she was recognized as a finalist in the national Algerian Engineering Competition (Certificate AEC, ESTI Annaba, 2019), showcasing her analytical skills and innovative mindset.
In the meantime, Ines completed advanced training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis, and Assertiveness, which strengthened her understanding of learning and motivation. She has since guided students at primary, middle, and high school levels with dedication and care.
At Mathnasium, Ines embraces the Mathnasium Method, tailoring the curriculum to each student, simplifying complex concepts, and helping learners build both confidence and a love for mathematics.
Beyond teaching, Ines is a musician, guitarist and composer, and graphic designer.
Badis Sadoudi holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and brings a strong foundation in analytical thinking and applied mathematics. With professional experience as a Research and Development Engineer, he has developed practical expertise in problem-solving and innovation, applying mathematical concepts to real-world engineering challenges.
Beyond his technical background, Badis has worked as a swimming coach, where he cultivated skills in teaching, motivation, and personal development. His diverse experience reflects a deep passion for both education and continuous learning.
Outside the classroom, he is dedicated to an active lifestyle and regularly practices kickboxing, jujutsu, and gym training. This balance between mental focus and physical discipline shapes his approach to tutoring—encouraging students to develop confidence, perseverance, and a love for learning.
