Peiyi Nguee

Managing Director

Peiyi has always had a deep love for mathematics and appreciates the critical thinking and problem-solving it fosters. With experience in the education sector both locally and internationally, she believes the Mathnasium Method not only equips students with the skills to understand and apply mathematical concepts but also helps them make meaningful connections across topics, leading to greater confidence and success. Her goal is to inspire a love for mathematics in children, sparking their curiosity and desire to learn beyond academics.

 

With a background in Education from the University of Queensland in Australia and the National Institute of Education at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, Peiyi is well-versed in Mathematics Education and effective teaching strategies. She is also a certified coach with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, coaching, and training, which enhances her ability to guide and mentor students, educators, and professionals alike. Outside of work, Peiyi enjoys painting and cooking. A firm believer in lifelong learning, she constantly seeks out new courses, seminars, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Renuka Kuppusamy

Assistant Centre Director

Renuka views learning maths as an exciting journey, best experienced through engaging and meaningful strategies. Her passion for the subject was sparked during her secondary school years, leading her to a dedicated career in mathematics education.

 

With over 12 years of teaching experience in private and international schools, Renuka has worked with students across various grade levels, specialising in both the KSSR and Cambridge curricula. Her extensive expertise allows her to break down complex mathematical concepts into clear, understandable lessons, helping students build confidence and a strong foundation in the subject. She is committed to making maths both accessible and enjoyable, ensuring her students develop problem-solving skills that extend beyond the classroom. Beyond teaching, Renuka enjoys practicing yoga and unwinding with her favourite music.

Siti Raudah

Assistant Centre Director

Siti has been passionate about mathematics from a young age, recognising its crucial role in developing analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. She believes that every student can learn maths in a way that is both engaging and enjoyable when taught with the right approach.

 

With years of dedicated experience in teaching mathematics, Siti has worked with students across primary and secondary levels, helping them build confidence and a strong foundation in the subject. She has an in-depth understanding of mathematical concepts and curriculum requirements, allowing her to design structured and effective lessons tailored to different learning styles. Beyond teaching content, she emphasises critical thinking and real-world application, ensuring students develop essential problem-solving skills that extend beyond the classroom. With background in Psychology from James Cook University and the University of Wollongong, Siti also integrates her understanding of cognitive development into her teaching, adapting her methods to support each student’s unique learning journey. Outside the classroom, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, indulging her love for cooking and baking.

Brittin Wong

Finance and HR Manager

Brittin is a seasoned professional in Accounting and Human Resources Management, bringing over a decade of experience across diverse industries. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in financial management, payroll administration, and HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance within organisations. Her expertise spans budgeting, financial analysis, talent acquisition, and employee relations, making her a well-rounded asset in both finance and people management.

 

Before joining Mathnasium, Brittin held key roles in accounting and HR, where she managed financial operations, optimised payroll systems, and streamlined HR processes. Her ability to balance both financial oversight and workforce management allows her to contribute effectively to the team’s success. Outside of work, Brittin enjoys traveling with friends, exploring different cuisines through cooking, and unwinding with a good book at home.

Aniq Herman

Instructor

Aniq is passionate about making mathematics accessible and enjoyable for students from diverse backgrounds. With over three years of experience teaching maths, he brings confidence in his expertise and knowledge as an International Maths teacher. He strongly believes in active learning and real-world applications to help students build a solid foundation for a successful future.

 

Holding a Diploma in Mathematical Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science Statistics, Aniq combines his academic background with engaging teaching methods. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music on Spotify and playing football with friends.

Aloysius Pang

Instructor

Aloysius has a deep passion for the logical intricacies of mathematics and its practical applications in everyday life. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and experience teaching maths, he brings valuable insight into how students think and learn, creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. He believes that mathematics is more than just a school subject—it is a fundamental skill that fosters problem-solving and critical thinking in daily life.

 

Drawing from his teaching experience, Aloysius focuses on helping students not only understand mathematical concepts but also develop a positive and confident attitude towards the subject. Outside the classroom, he enjoys delving into books and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Iz'aan Hanafi

Instructor

Iz’aan firmly believes that in mathematics, no problem is too big to solve, and no concept is beyond understanding. Recognising the subject’s hierarchical nature, he is dedicated to bridging students’ learning gaps and strengthening their foundational skills as they progress in their mathematical journey.

 

With a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Iz’aan combines his strong academic foundation with practical teaching experience across different levels. He is committed to making maths both accessible and enjoyable, helping students develop confidence and critical thinking skills. His background in aviation has further sharpened his analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, which he integrates into his teaching approach to make learning more structured and engaging. Outside the classroom, he is a passionate motorcycle enthusiast who enjoys going on exploration rides.
