Siti Raudah

Centre Director

Siti has been passionate about mathematics from a young age, recognising its crucial role in developing analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. She believes that every student can learn maths in a way that is both engaging and enjoyable when taught with the right approach.

With years of dedicated experience in teaching mathematics, Siti has worked with students across primary and secondary levels, helping them build confidence and a strong foundation in the subject. She has an in-depth understanding of mathematical concepts and curriculum requirements, allowing her to design structured and effective lessons tailored to different learning styles. Beyond teaching content, she emphasises critical thinking and real-world application, ensuring students develop essential problem-solving skills that extend beyond the classroom. With background in Psychology from James Cook University and the University of Wollongong, Siti also integrates her understanding of cognitive development into her teaching, adapting her methods to support each student’s unique learning journey. Outside the classroom, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, indulging her love for cooking and baking.

Aloysius Pang

Lead Instructor

Aloysius has a deep passion for the logical intricacies of mathematics and its practical applications in everyday life. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and experience teaching maths, he brings valuable insight into how students think and learn, creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. He believes that mathematics is more than just a school subject—it is a fundamental skill that fosters problem-solving and critical thinking in daily life.

Drawing from his teaching experience, Aloysius focuses on helping students not only understand mathematical concepts but also develop a positive and confident attitude towards the subject. Outside the classroom, he enjoys delving into books and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
