Susri Anuradha, Owner/Director
Susri Anuradha holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering and an M.S. in Information Management Systems from Harvard University. After a rewarding career in Information Technology, Susri followed her passion of "Making Math Make Sense to the kids" and opened Mathnasium of Acton/Concord. After tremendous growth and success of Acton/Concord location, she is now looking forward to expanding her dream and serve the students in Burlington and Lexington area. As the mother of two young children and an active volunteer in schools, she understands the emphasis on education that the local community has. Having first-hand experience in various mathematical teaching approaches, Susri is very familiar with the strengths and weaknesses of the traditional approach vs. the modern explorative approach. Her decision to open and expand Mathnasium is driven by her desire to help children build confidence and excel in a subject she enjoys most - MATH!!!
Sanjib Biswas, Owner/Education Director
Sanjib holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering and an M.S in Mathematical finance from the University of Southern California. Sanjib's deep interest in mathematics and it's application in Finance drove his desire to pursue his career in Quantitative Finance. Sanjib has got involved in teaching mathematics to students at various levels and is driven by his desire to give back to the community by getting involved with kids to encourage their interest in mathematics. As co-owner of Mathnasium of Burlington/Lexington, Sanjib's main focus will ensure that every student receives the best-customized curriculum and personalized attention.

Karen Wong, Instructor
Karen is currently in her fourth year of studies towards a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, minoring in Mathematical Science and Business Administration for Engineers at University of Massachusetts Lowell. She has a deep interest in mathematics and expresses that passion by pursuing her engineering degree, eager to apply her skills in real world scenarios. She is also an experienced babysitter at a local church for 7 years and enjoys her time working with children. She is fluent in both traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. This helps Asian transfer students to have an easier time to assimilate to the environment and understand the math better.
Andrew Termini, Instructor
Andrew is currently working towards a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in mathematical science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Furthermore, he has been accepted into the University’s Bachelors to Masters program and plans to have his Masters degree by the spring of 2022. He thoroughly enjoys working with children and young adults, helping them to develop their skills. His favorite subject has always been math and how it can be used to solve real world problems. He has tutored students in math for years, along with various sciences such as chemistry and physics. In addition to having experience working with kids of all ages, Andrew has experience working with students on various individualized education programs (IEPs); Including students with Autism, ADHD, and other special needs. He has fun teaching students math and creates an environment where the students have fun learning from him as well.
Andranik Valedi (Andy), Instructor
Andy has always been passionate about math. He needed this affinity to earn his Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University. Over the years he has come to understand that students can learn best from a dynamic teacher who knows how explain concepts skillfully. Having grown up in a bilingual Armenian home, he has been exposed from a young age to multiple languages and he has become conversational in additional languages along the way (such as French and Spanish). He not only loves teaching kids mathematics but also improving works towards his own understanding of advanced concepts. He knows that learning and teaching go hand-in-hand. A good teacher is also a good student.
