Ranette Williams Haynes, Center Director
Ranette is the Center Director at Mathnasium of Clermont. She grew up in Central Florida’s Winter Park Community. After graduating, Ranette attended Valencia Community College and NOVA Southeastern University, where she received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Elementary Education. Prior to Mathnasium, she loved being a Private Tutor and an Elementary School Educator in Central Florida, for more than 15 years. During that time, Ranette also became ESOL (English Speakers of other Languages) endorsed and taught Adult Education ESOL Classes.
There's always been a passion within Ranette, when it comes to working with youth, teaching, and education. While exploring career moves in the field of education, she learned of Mathnasium and discovered this was her calling. She loves math, and is committed to bringing the Mathnasium Method to the children in her community. Knowing that many students experience great difficulty in math, Ranette desires to help all students further develop their skills and enjoy learning math through positive experiences, with a sense of empowerment and success. After all, every student should have a chance to learn math in a way that makes SENSE!
In her free time, Ranette enjoys spending quality time with her husband, children, and loved ones. She also finds satisfaction in volunteering at her church, traveling, shopping, reading books, going to the movies, and playing with her dog.

Nola Williams, Administrative Assistant
Nola is the Administrative Assistant at Mathnasium of Clermont. She is a Retiree, who was a dedicated Public Servant to the citizens of the State of Florida for 30 plus years. During her service, she worked for The Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services and later moved to a different division, The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. Since retiring, Nola has also worked for The Hemophilia Foundation of Greater Florida, a Non-Profit Organization.
Nola’s inspiration to work at Mathnasium is attributed to her daughter Ranette’s passion for Mathnasium and what it represents.
When Nola has free time she enjoys reading, listening to music, encouraging and serving people, and volunteering to serve in different ministries at her church, The River of Life Christian Center. She also looks forward to spending time with her grandchildren, as well as family and friends, watching movies, and shopping. Nola states, "It is a blessing to enjoy life".
Aisha Wooden, Administrative Support Staff
Aisha is excited to bring her customer service and hospitality management experience to Mathnasium. She is responsible for billing, advertising and other operational aspects of Mathnasium. In her spare time, Aisha enjoys taking vacations with friends and family. She also likes visiting local restaurants in Orlando and while traveling. Her dream is to own and operate a small family farm and animal sanctuary.
Camille Matos-Cosme, Assistant Center Director
Camille is a graduate of ERHS class of 2020. She is currently attending UCG for a French studies major. As a high schooler, she graduated with her Associates Degree through dual enrollment with Lake Sumter State College. Camille has always had a deep passion for creating 3-dimensional origami figures.Her favorite aspect of this process is its structure. In many ways she applies this to math itself. She enjoys that both origami and math use an application of ordered steps to reach an end goal. Camille began working at Mathnasium during her senior year of high school and looks forward to sharing her love of math!
Jonathan Garcia, Assistant Center Director
Jonathan is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Business Supervision at Polk State
College. Returning to school after a large absence is not something easy to achieve, but he is
proud of his accomplishments and dedication to study. He served with the US Navy, where he
studied all types of weather phenomenon. After he found his love of theater, he decided to
expand on it and accepted a professional performance role. He started working with children as a
STEM Edutainer with Legoland Florida motivating students with robotics and Legos. He is
excited to continue his journey of life with Mathnasium and looks forward to motivating the
minds of tomorrow.
Dharshanie, also known as Kelly, is a student at UCF pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance and hopes to obtain an MBA as well. Dharshanie loves teaching at Mathnasium because she believes that understanding math is the future of many job fields and helping students become more confident in their ability to do math gives her a sense of pride and joy. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling. Her favorite math joke is, “Why is 6 afraid of 7? Because 7 8 9! But why did 7 eat 9? Because you’re supposed to eat 3 squared meals a day."
Christyan Norman, Assistant Center Director
When people experience any type of adversity in their life that may mean they are slightly closer to reaching their life goal. Christyan’s passion is to help others see the beauty in their own personal journey. He also believes through helping children understand their strengths through education they will walk through life with more confidence. By finding a person’s strength and encouraging them to commit to their own success gives me pleasure.
Mr. Norman has worked with children in many different aspects, Christyan has done so by judging multiple elementary and middle school science fairs, organizing and participating in Halloween Trunk ‘or Treat events in a rural community and more. If positivity is passed along while someone is going through their journey any person would appreciate it. He has knowledge and experience with leadership positions and duties.
Christyan graduated from the illustrious South Carolina State University in May of 2021. He graduated with Cum Laude honors by maintaining a 3.0 GPA through his college career. Mr. Norman has shown great leadership, determination and commitment to each assignment he has been given.
Keyanah Davis-Mercado, Instructor
Keyanah is currently a junior at East Ridge Highschool. Through the Health Science Collegiate Academy, she is also doing full-time dual enrollment at Lake Sumter State College, hoping to graduate with her Associates degree. Being in a health program, after school she is wanting to start a career in psychiatry to help people better understand themselves. In her free time, she enjoys anything arts and crafts related, including beading, drawing, and painting. Creativity is a word that guides her throughout each aspect of her life.
Innia Cosme, Center Manager
Mrs. Innia Cosme was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She attended Academia Adventista de Puerto Rico for her elementary and middle school years and Eva y Patria Custodio Frankie for her high school. After graduating high school she pursued a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico. Mayaguez Campus where she graduated with honors in 1999.
Innia moved to Florida in 2004 and has been living in the Lake County area for the last eleven years. She has seen her family grow up in Clermont for that reason she calls this city home. She would like to help her community grow and be a better place for everyone.
Innia has worked in different fields like retail, customer service, property management, accounting and education. Her latest employer was Lake County Schools where she worked for over seven years as Teacher Assistant for ELL, Teacher for Business Information Technology and Substitute Teacher for grades K-12.
In her free time Innia likes to read, crochet, knit and spend time with her family.
Lauren Beach, Instructor
Lauren Beach is a dedicated hard worker, but she has only been in the educational field for 5 years. She is currently enrolled in University of Phoenix for her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, but is taking a small break right now in her last year. Lauren loves the outdoors, she loves her sun and the beach but prefers the starry night sky and a walk any day. Lauren also has a love for all animals, big and small, except for spiders. Her new love is Beethoven, he is a 1 1/2 year old Long Hair Chihuahua with the most adorable overbite. Lauren misses her Heaven baby Rascal though, he was 16 years old. Fun fact about her though is that she married a month before she turned 19! How Crazy! Lauren is hoping that working for Mathnasiun brings out her love for Math, as she hopes to advance her career and be a Mathematics teacher one day..

Joey McAuley, Volunteer Instructor
Joseph (Joey), is going into his freshman year at Lake Minneola High School. He has always had a love for math and wants to have a future career in teaching. Joey enjoys tutoring close friends and, with Mathnasium, he now gets to do so at a professional level. He understands that math can be challenging and hard to grasp at certain levels but he enjoys helping others to better understand and overcome those obstacles. During his time off he enjoys cooking, hanging out with friends, and doing puzzles.
