Guide to Scheduling Appointments for Enrolled Students (Not for Private Sessions)

Mar 2, 2019 | Sayville

In order to best serve all our students and avoid overcrowding during peak hours, we set up a simple, easy-to-use appointment scheduling system--available now, on our web site.

We ask all enrolled students (in the monthly membership programs, NOT private session packages) to start using the scheduling system now (early March 2019), and plan to get everyone comfortable with the system by mid- to late March.

Private sessions must be booked directly with Rich, not using the online scheduler.

Click HERE to download a guide to scheduling appointments for enrolled students at Mathnasium of Sayville (best viewed on a desktop, laptop, or tablet).

To access the scheduling system, go to the Schedule page on our web site (www.mathnasium.com/sayville/schedules).

Hard copies of the guide are available in the learning center.

We are here to help, if you have any trouble accessing or using the scheduler!

Please remember, students can attend every day we’re open but most of the time should plan to come in for 60-minute sessions, two to three times per week.

In almost every case, if a student works efficiently for 60 minutes, two to three times per week, he/she will make meaningful, steady progress without sacrificing other priorities or “burning out” on math.

Mathnasium workouts are intense.  Prolonged visits do not serve the student's interest.

Attend more often when needed, and schedule 75 or 90 minute sessions every so often for help with difficult homework.  Students may attend for one session each day we’re open (please don’t schedule two sessions in the same day).
