After only a semester with Mathnasium, my daughter became more confident in math and more resilient with problems she didn't understand. The online format works for my daughter, and we'd like to continue learning that way. I love that Mathnasium is very flexible with schedule changes and sending reminders before each class. I think this program is helpful to any child who is struggling with various concepts in math. My son didn’t want to admit he had issues but I see where he has benefited despite not wanting to admit that it’s been super helpful for him. It’s also a great way to get your child caught up if they’re behind in math.

Both our girls have so much confidence with math since starting Mathnasium. Often when concepts come up at school they’ve already covered them with Mathnasium, when they are entirely new to them they approach it with confidence.
We find it difficult to understand the feedback/updates sent by Mathnasium.

Mathnasium kept my daughter fluent in her math skills while we did a year of homeschooling. They have a methodical system for finding any missed building block skills, so that my daughter could go on to be a confidant math student. She also kept up a strong love of math, so thank you for making math fun!

Staff is accessible, responsive and flexible.
Online scheduling and now the remote learning has been a breeze to use.
The program is well structured and stimulating for my son, he loves it.
It's giving him the challenge in math that he was craving.
Only con is the costs which are a bit on the high side but in the end is worth it.

The tutors and staff are very dedicated and very organized in their work and I would say that this is the high-value service I ever found for my daughter. They do a fantastic job of understanding your child's needs. My daughter improved very significantly her understanding of math and reflected of a significant improvement in her school performance. Scheduling is easy and flexible. Highly recommend!

Roger gain confidence in completing his math problems on his own without asking for help. He has improved so much since he has been attending Mathnasium. He passed his last Math IA given by his school. His teachers noticed his improvement and send home extra math assignments. Homework has become much easier for Roger and I. We are no longer frustrated and stress out about ways on how to complete the math problems. Roger takes the time to work out the math problem without complaining. He finishes his math problems in less then 10 minutes. I am so proud of Roger. Thank You Mathnasium staff for help and support.

We chose to go for three years. Mathnasium completely changed the way my daughter feels about math and her ability in mathematics in general. It gave her a dose of confidence that she wouldn’t otherwise have. We’d happily recommend it highly for anyone with a child who’s not getting enough out of their school curriculum.

This has been an amazing experience for our 10 year old daughter who needed a bit of help in math. We've been doing this for a good 2-3 years now. But she's learned a ton and is able to grasp concepts that are new having built on a good foundation. It's also provided her with the confidence to tackle harder math problems. And has given her the ability to be part of a community of math-loving kids, removing any kind of stigma. We hope to continue should she continue on in the public school system here in NY.

Mathnasium of Boerum Hill is a great resource for our daughter to supplement her regular school curriculum. She is motivated and actually looks forward to going. The staff is great and flexible. Scheduling makeups is a breeze. If your child is ahead in school and needs additional challenges I highly recommend them.

My kids do not like doing academic work, but somehow they enjoy going to Mathnasium. Both have told me they have an easier time following along in Math class in school, and they are doing well. I think the instructors are passionate about Math and capable of teaching in a way that makes sense to kids-- a winning combination. Couldn't be happier.

Both my children loved the warm, professional environment with little distraction and lots of attention. Without a doubt, it boosted both their confidence and their interest in math. My son is not a fan of math but mathnasium is the one place associated with the subject that he enjoys attending. The staff is attentive and patient, they work at his pace while keeping him engaged enough to want to do more. The past year has been a positive learning experience for my son and I'd recommend the program to anyone.

My daughter loves to go to Mathnasium. It gives her a boost in confidence at school and because she always knows what's coming next as school, it's never too difficult for her. As a result, she really loves Math. When she comes home from Mathnasium, it's clear that she also feels really good about herself with what she accomplishes each visit.
