Thomas Huynh

Instructor
Thomas has been a part of his school’s math team since 6th grade and has participated in multiple math competitions. He enjoys helping his classmates with homework and solving particularly tricky math problems. Besides math, his hobbies include playing the piano, video games, and swimming. Advice to Mathnasium Students: If you think you’re done learning math, you can always learn more! Math is wondrously complex, having a bunch of areas to explore and uses that have yet to be discovered. Favorite Number: 144. This number just seems involved in a lot of things. It’s a square number, it’s a Fibonacci number, and it is the smallest number with exactly 15 factors. Favorite Math Joke: What’s the inverse of Kansas? Arkansas!

Our Mathnasium Mission

Teach children math so they understand it, master it, and love it. Math can change their lives, and they can change the world.

What I love about Mathnasium is the ability to teach problem-solving skills and make math make sense, while also making a student smile.
