INTERNSHIP WITH LOCAL BUSINESS LEADERS

Ladders for Leaders is an internship program for high school students between the ages of 16 and 18. Their goal is to bridge the gap between motivated high school students and professional work experience by placing these students in an internship with a local business that reflects their choice of career path.

Their aim is for these students to explore and grasp the complexities of the professional workplace while also cultivating a sense of responsibility, build a professional network, and develop time management and other marketable skills.

Industries included in this program are as follows: Business Management, Arts and Recreation, Educational Services, Financial Services, Healthcare/Medical, Hospitality/Tourism, Information Technology, Marketing/Public Relations, Media/Entertainment, and Real Estate/Property.
