Q: What is the first thing a brand new student does at your center?
A: Take a visual tour of center/reward cabinet/brag board/oral assessment/fluency/assessment
Q: What is the comprehensive assessment? How long does it take to finish?
A: We base the comprehensive assessment level based on the oral assessment given to the child. This is important so that we assess at their level, not above or below - we call it the Goldilocks system. Throughout the assessment, we frequently check in with them and prompt if needed, to allow us to get a full understanding of their math capabilities and learning style. We use this information to create a learning plan that is customized to their needs so they can reach their fullest potential.
