🎁 Give the Gift of Math This Holiday Season

This holiday season, more families are exploring gifts that inspire curiosity, build skills, and create lasting memories — experiences that go beyond the usual toys and gadgets.

Mathnasium offers the perfect way to do just that with The Gift of Math, a prepaid membership that combines hands-on learning, expert instruction, and tangible progress that your child will carry long after the holidays.

What Is the Gift of Math?

The Gift of Math is a prepaid Mathnasium membership that gives students something far more valuable than what’s under the tree — the confidence, understanding, and joy that come from truly getting math.

When you purchase a prepaid membership, your child receives all the benefits of our regular Mathnasium program — personalized learning plans, expert instruction, and ongoing progress tracking — plus exclusive holiday perks:

  • Special savings on prepaid months (the longer the term, the greater the discount!)

  • Bonus reward cards for your child to use in our center’s reward cabinet — an extra “gift” to celebrate their effort and progress

  • Locked-in 2025 pricing

It’s a gift that continues to give back — month after month — as your child grows in skill and confidence.

A Gift That Makes Smart Sense

Giving the Gift of Math is not only meaningful — it can also be a smart financial decision. Families can now use 529 education savings plans to pay for Mathnasium memberships and instruction, making this gift both educational and strategic.

Here’s what parents should know:

  • In 2025, up to $10,000 per year from a 529 plan can be used for K–12 tutoring; in 2026, this increases to $20,000 per year.

  • Qualified expenses include tutoring, curriculum materials, standardized test fees, and online learning resources.

  • At the federal level, these withdrawals are considered qualified, meaning they are not taxed. Families should consult our state’s 529 policies  or a tax advisor for details.

  • We provide all invoices and documentation needed to use 529 funds for reimbursement.

This means you can give a gift that builds skills and confidence now, while making smart use of funds intended to support your child’s education.
