Say goodbye to Math Anxiety!

Oct 10, 2015 | Bryan

As school pressures start to build again, many families suffer from math anxiety and the resulting added stress between parents and their kids.  As the New York Times highlights, "children of highly-anxious math parents learned less math and were more likely to develop math anxiety themselves, but only when their parents provided frequent help on math homework, according to a study of first- and second- graders, published in Psychological Science."

We can help prevent this before it starts! To help your family get the most out of our program, we recommend coming to Mathnasium twice each week. Be sure to mark this on your calendars, or better yet, shade in your weekly sessions on our After School Schedule printout.
