Green Hills Elementary Welcome Back Event

On August 22, our team had the pleasure of attending Green Hills Elementary's annual Welcome Back event. What a great way to start the school year! Green Hills has an active PTA and enthusiastic school community, and ti was wonderful to see teachers and staff come together to celebrate the new year.

Our table featured an Estimation Station: a big jar of gum balls where students put their number inside to guess how many gum balls were inside. It was wonderful to see students' number sense on display!

A special thank you to Principal Kerry Dees, who was incredibly welcoming and even helped us announce our Estimation Station raffle winner. Congratulations to our lucky estimator!

We're grateful to be part of the Green Hills community and are excited to keep showing up for events throughout the year. Stay tuned: we're hoping to host a Math Night later this year, full of hands-on activities that make math fun for the whole family.
