In a heartwarming collaboration between our former student Krish Vakani teamed up with Mathnasium of Cary Park to support a cause we deeply care about – the Special Olympics. Together, we came up with a cool idea: donating star cards to raise funds. For every star card our students donated, we matched up with a dollar. And you know what? Our students rocked it and raised a whopping $140! It's amazing what we can achieve when we work together.
Krish had the sweetest message for Ms. Denise, our Center’s director. He thanked her for her support for his Polar Plunge team, which turned out to be a blast. Thanks to her and many others, Krish not only nailed his participation but also helped our team snag the top spot in donations for the whole event! It's moments like these that remind us of the power of kindness and community spirit.
And let's not forget the real stars of the show – the athletes. It's clear that through our collective effort, we've made a positive impact not just in raising funds but also in spreading joy and inclusivity.
