Mathnasium of Clinton's personalized geometry tutoring programs are designed to support students at every stage of their math journey.
We help students master foundational topics such as angles, shapes, congruence, and measurement, improving their spatial reasoning and logical thinking so they’re well prepared to take on more advanced geometry with confidence.
Using personalized learning plans, we can guide students through high-school-level geometric concepts such as proofs, triangles, circles, transformations, and the Pythagorean theorem. We focus on helping them truly understand how geometry works.
At Mathnasium, advanced learners and students preparing for math competitions can tackle rigorous proofs, coordinate geometry, and multi-step challenges, deepening their understanding and strengthening skills for college-level coursework.
At Mathnasium of Clinton, our specially trained tutors work with students of all skill levels to help them truly understand and enjoy geometry through face-to-face instruction in a fun and empowering environment.
We guide students to connect geometric concepts to logical reasoning and real-world applications. As their understanding grows, so does their confidence to approach new problems with clarity and precision.
We employ the Mathnasium Method™, a proprietary teaching approach that combines personalized learning plans with proven instructional techniques. We work with students both in-center and online, helping them develop a lasting understanding of geometry.
In each session, students receive face-to-face instruction in a small-group setting where they strengthen problem-solving skills and deepen their understanding of geometric relationships and logic.
Students begin their Mathnasium enrollment with a diagnostic assessment that helps us pinpoint their current skill level, knowledge gaps, and learning goals.
Using these insights, we develop a personalized learning plan tailored to each student’s needs. Our tutors then target instruction on key topics such as angles, congruence, transformations, the Pythagorean Theorem, and proofs, ensuring they learn and master each concept step by step.

Noelle Hunter-Winn
Center Director
I have taken AP Calculus AB in high school, and Calculus II, Linear Algebra, and Introductory Statistics in college. In High School I participated in my school's plays and improv team, receiving a nomination for the Best Lead Actress in a Play in the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area in 2018. I was also involved in the National Honors Society as well as the Computer Science Club, where we competed at various programming competitions. In College, I have been a member of BYU's comedic improv team Laugh Out Loud, where we have won Best Short Form 4 years running and Best Overall 3 years running at the Utah Valley Improv fest. I used to work at a Mathnasium center in Sterling, Virginia when I was in High School. I also taught my High School's Algebra I summer school program in 2021, and worked as a TA for an advanced programming course at BYU. I'm a big home body so I do lots of video games and movie-watching. I also play the piano and the accordion, read, and paint a little. I also really love hiking and rock climbing.
Fun Fact: I speak 3 languages fluently and am working on a fourth!
Favorite Number, Why?: 64, because every factor of 64 is 2^something. And also I just like it.
Education: I graduated from Dominion High School in 2018 and recently graduated from Brigham Young University this past April, where I received a BS in Computer Science, as well as ACTFL Language Certifications in Spanish and Italian. I'm currently continuing my education by working towards CompTIA's Security+ Certification.
Why I Like Mathnasium: I really struggled with math when I was in elementary school, and I would've loved to have had someone help me through it and show me that there was nothing wrong with me, it just didn't click with my brain yet. I want to be that person for the students who come in, to help them to learn these problem-solving skills that will help them throughout their lives even if they may not use math directly.
Breezy Chisholm
Regional Director
Breezy holds a degree in Human Development and Family Studies and Elementary Education with a minor in Sociology from the University of Utah. She also completed coursework in how to teach math effectively (Math 4010 & 4020). Breezy joined Mathnasium as an instructor in college and returned after teaching junior high math for two years.
A former D1 athlete, Breezy played tennis for the University of Utah and was PAC-12 Scholar Athlete of the Year. She loves sports, baking, and raising her two kids. Her favorite number is 4, her lifelong jersey number!
Kassidy Shumway
Co-Owner
Kassidy earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University. While at BYU, she was a TA in the math department and a captain of the women’s soccer team, earning All-American honors.
Since 2013, she’s helped students discover their potential at Mathnasium. Kassidy especially enjoys organizing Math Nights at elementary schools to make math fun and engaging. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, two kids, and two dogs, and she’s even featured in a YouTube video with over 6 million views!
Reed Brown
Owner
Reed holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Boise State University. With over 25 years of experience in engineering and executive roles at HP, Quantum, and Iomega, he later founded a successful tech startup, Matchbin (now Radiate Media).
A longtime advocate for STEM education in Utah, Reed serves on the Governor's Technology Initiative Advisory Board. He’s passionate about helping kids build math confidence to prepare for careers in tech, finance, medicine, and more. His love for math started with a middle school project building a DC motor.
Clint Brown
CEO / Owner
Clint earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah and spent over 16 years in marketing and advertising. After discovering Mathnasium, he shifted careers to pursue his passion for helping kids build confidence through math.
Now the CEO and owner of multiple centers, Clint finds joy in seeing students grow through understanding. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, skiing, and cheering on Utah football. Fun fact: he once summited Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania at over 19,000 feet!
Aimee Call
Assistant Center Director
Fun Fact: I lived in China for five months between college semesters, teaching English to elementary students. When I moved there, I couldn't speak a word of Chinese, and my students knew very little English. It was an incredible experience to communicate and teach despite the language barrier.
Education: I went to Davis High School, graduated in 2012. I then attended Weber State University starting in 2012 to received my associates degree in General Education. I finished my bachelors degree at BYU Idaho in Math Education, with a minor in Health Education. I student taught at Fremont High School. Only 2 months into my student teaching, a math teaching position opened up at the school. I was hired as a full time teacher, while finishing my student teaching requirements; I was technically a student AND a teacher at the same time for 2 months! I then continued to teach at Fremont the remainder of the year.
Favorite Number, why?: One is the only number that is neither prime nor composite. It has exactly one positive divisor: itself.
Why I Love Mathnasium: I love math! But more than that, I enjoy inspiring others to love math. My goal is to help kids build confidence in a subject that many find intimidating.
Londyn Applonie
Assistant Center Director
I have taken Honors Secondary Math 1-3 and Math 1050 in high school. I was a member of my school's HOPE Squad from seventh grade through graduation. We worked to facilitate better community and friendship within the school. I was also a part of my high school's National Honor Society. In high school I interned at an elementary school and supported kids in their learning of all subjects (but math was my favorite). I love to read and go camping. I also like to play games with my family. I have also recently learned to crochet.
Fun Fact: I have five dogs.
Favorite Number, why?: My favorite number is 57 because it is a prime number and both 5 and 7 are also prime numbers.
Education: I graduated from Fremont High School and am currently in my first year at Weber State University.
Why I love Mathnasium: I love doing math and working with people. I understand that is not the case for everyone but I am excited to help others build their math skills and hopefully learn to love it a little bit more in the process.
