1. When was your center/re’s grand opening??

A: Mathnasium of Destin opened on November 29, 2021. It was a chilly day, and many of us feared our sandals were about to be put away for the winter. But we were excited to begin making a difference to the kids in our community.

2. Who is the owner/director of your center?

A: Adana Elder is Center Director and Owner of Mathnasium of Destin. She loves spending time at the beach, hiking, canoeing, or sailing.

3. What local schools does your center serve?

A: We proudly serve local communities and schools, including Destin Elementary School, Destin Middle School, Destin High School, Niceville High School and Bluewater Bay Elementary School

4. What are parents saying about your center?

A: "We absolutely LOVE Mathnasium! Our daughter was struggling with her confidence in math and it was the summer of 3rd grade when we heard about Mathnasium and we immediately signed her up for lessons 3 times a week. After her very first lesson, she walked out with a smile on her face and said “I love math!” It has been almost 1 year now and she STILL loves to go! The owner, Adana, is very good with kids and understanding their learning styles and discovering the best course of action to meet their academic needs. I love the fact that she creates a welcoming and enjoyable environment which also includes a reward system based on achievement towards their individual goals. I honestly recommend Mathnasium to EVERYONE that I speak with that is looking for math tutoring or exam prep… I am so very thankful to have found Mathnasium and I encouraged you to try it too!" - J.D.

"Friendly staff, but most of all, love that the kiddo is excited to go and MATH IT OUT for an hour with them. My kid is very behind (we're talking 3 grade levels) but suddenly she's happy to do math and catching on to concepts that have eluded her for year. AMAZING!" - L.W.

"Phenomenal!! Miss Adana and her staff are wonderful and the @home program is excellent as well." - D.C.
