We are so thrilled to be able to offer an online teaching platform - Mathnasium@home! Online learning is a new experience for most families, so we wanted to make sure to answer some questions we felt might be most commonly asked. While we believe this list to be some of the common questions we don't assume it will be the extensive list - so please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are always happy to answer your questions!

• Does anything stay the same as in-center instruction?
  • YES! Most things stay the same - amazing instructors, expert level of attention, high energy, high excitement, individualized instruction, homework help, periodic progress reports, customized learning plans & personalized teaching strategies.
  • It doesn't matter where your child is at in math - we will give them Math Confidence!
• Is it LIVE instruction or pre-recorded videos?
  • We are proud to say that we are one of the only solutions to offer LIVE instruction. The instruction you would expect if you brought your child in-center is the same instruction we aim to provide through our online platform. Our expertly trained, always positive instructors will create an open and uplifting atmosphere for your child where learning math and gaining confidence is the ultimate goal.
• Do you help with homework?
  • We are always happy and eager to help students with their homework. We know this can prove to be a stress not only for students but also for their families - so we do want to alleviate this point of stress. We will split their time each session between working on homework and teaching skill gaps.
• Is there a way to test-out the system?
  • Yes!

• How long are the sessions?
  • 1 or 1.5 hours – depending on the membership option you sign up for.
• What grades do you teach?
  • 2nd - 12th
• What do we need?
  • Solid internet connection
  • Quiet place or headset with noise canceling mic
  • Computer with camera & microphone
• How do we schedule the sessions for our child's math instruction?
  • Once enrolled, you will use our easy online scheduling tool.
• What membership options are available?
  • Homework help specific membership options (assessment required to determine eligibility)
