We follow the Mathnasium Method™, our proprietary teaching approach designed to promote math mastery through personalized instruction, diagnostic assessments, and interactive learning.
Each student begins with a diagnostic assessment so we can identify their current skills, strengths, and goals. From there, we create a personalized learning plan that challenges and motivates them to progress through advanced concepts at their own pace.
Sessions are delivered through live, face-to-face instruction in a caring and engaging group environment, either in-center or online.
Absolutely! While the enrichment program is primarily designed for students at or above grade level, we welcome students who show strong potential and enthusiasm for math, even if their current skills need some development.
Our specially trained tutors create personalized learning plans that build essential foundations while weaving in enrichment thinking and problem-solving challenges appropriate to each student's readiness.
The diagnostic assessment is how we ensure every enrichment student gets exactly the level of challenge and support they need. It gives us a detailed understanding of their current mathematical strengths, where they are ready to go deeper, and what their enrichment goals look like.
Those insights shape a personalized learning plan designed to motivate and stretch students appropriately from their very first session at Mathnasium of Fremont.
Yes. While our enrichment program is designed to go beyond the standard curriculum, we make sure that instruction can be aligned with each student's school expectations and academic goals when needed. This may include:
Preparing for entry into honors or accelerated math tracks
Building skills for advanced courses like Algebra, Geometry, or Pre-calculus
Developing readiness for school or program placement exams
Bridging important academic transitions, such as from middle to high school math
