School has been giving students more assignments and pushing them harder with no room for rest. A lot of students need some time to breathe or some help to ease the assignments they're given, but most have deadlines and their grades would be on the line.
So what can this mean for you and your student?
When their test or quiz is graded, the grade received is the grade that will be used for the overall class grade.
Well how will that shape my students overall grade?
Lets say your student has been working hard to study and they score well, the rest of the quarter or semester will be easier since it will be a matter of maintaining this good grade. However, if your student was not confident or prepared and didn't score well, the rest of the quarter or semester will be focused on trying to play catch up which can be very overwhelming and stressful!
