Q: How does Mathnasium celebrate its student's success?
A: Students are celebrated in many ways here at Mathnasium, however, one way that students are celebrated is with our Brag Board! Here we are able to show off student Mastery Checks, A+ work from school, and more! Our brag board is located in our lobby, so it is visible to all who walk into our center.
Q: Tell me about student’s reactions to having their work on the brag board.
A: Students enjoy having their work on display. It gives them a sense of accomplishment and a boost of confidence. It can also be motivating for other students as they strive to have their own work placed on the brag board.
Q: What kind of work gets put up?
A: All sorts of items can be placed on the brag board. In general, we look for anything that shows some sort of progress or achievement made by a student. This could be work from school they are proud of, mastery checks completed in-center, an award received by the student, etc.
