This February, Your Student Can Learn to LOVE Math!

This February, Your Student Can Learn to LOVE Math! We know, that may sound ridiculous to some. But here's how Mathnasium builds confidence and a growth mindset for our students:

Meeting the student at their level.

The #1 source of frustration for children when learning math is the concepts not making sense. It's not enjoyable doing anything that is outside of your skill level! Mathnasium's diagnostic assessment allows us to back up to where skills last made sense to your student, so they can connect the dots. This is what leads to understanding!

Getting Homework Done and Knowing it's Correct.

Mathnasium students can spend up to half their session getting their homework assignments complete with the help of our team of tutors. The best part? Homework doesn't just have to be homework. It can be test/quiz reviews, notes from class that didn't make sense, or corrections from a failed assignment.

Reinforcing the "Teacher's Way".

Our team of tutors are very familiar with your students' textbooks and new Common Core strategies to solve problems the way they are taught in class.

Individualized Attention.

If your child has mentioned that they are afraid to ask for help while in class because they don't want to draw attention to themselves, or that their questions aren't being answered because too many kids need help at one time, they'll love our learning environment. Mathnasium provides each student individualized attention and we limit our bookings via a scheduling system to ensure there are no more than three students per instructor.

Helping Reduce Test/Quiz Anxiety.

The more practice your student gets with math, the more confident they will feel when they have to apply the lessons at school in a testing environment.

Reward System.

Mathnasium has an awesome prize cabinet stuffed with snacks, games, gift cards, fidget toys and so much more!
