Summer Math Programs

We know that kids are engaging in math during the school year, but what about the summer?

Studies have shown that students who aren't engaging in summer learning lose up to 1 month's worth of school-learned math content over the summer break. Without a plan in place to address the gaps in your child's math education, these problems will continue to grow over the summer and leave your child farther behind at the beginning of the next school year.

The good news is that you can reinforce their math skills in all kinds of ways, even while enjoying your favorite summer activities. Work math into your road trip by calculating the mileage. Encourage your child to read math-based books. Take a trip to the science museum. And sign up for Mathnasium's Summer Math Program.

Year-Round Programs

The standard Mathnasium program is available with 18, 12, and 7 month enrollment options. Monthly memberships are the most effective way to keep the math momentum going all year long, and are a great fit for families who plan to attend throughout the summer and into the school year.

Summer-Only Programs

If you’re looking for a more flexible option over the summer, Mathnasium offers 24-session trial packages that will allow your child to get started on their journey to math excellence without infringing on your vacation plans. These sessions can be scheduled at your convenience throughout the summer, allowing you to easily plan around other summer activities.

There are 2 trial package programs available in 2025. The Summer Trial Package will tailor learning to your child's assessed math skills, while the Numerical Fluency Program will provide a structured curriculum for K-4th grade students to deepen their understanding of numbers and their functions.
