Appointment Scheduling Is Here

We are excited to announce that we have moved from drop-in appointments to scheduled appointments at Mathnasium of North OKC. This post will introduce you to Appointy-M, the platform you use to schedule Mathnasium sessions! This online portal, which you can easily access from your phone, computer, or tablet, will allow you to schedule, cancel, reschedule, and view both past and upcoming sessions for your child(ren) all in one place. Your currently scheduled sessions are visible and editable in the portal as well! So, how do you start scheduling sessions at Mathnasium? Read on!

1. On November 25th, 2024, you will receive an email from the Appointy-M team with an invitation link to register with Appointy-M. 
2. If you do not receive the link, double check that it didn't go to your spam folder. If it's not there, no problem, just give us a call and we will resend it to you directly. You can reach us at 405-348-6284 (extension 3 for the North OKC Center.)
3. Click the invitation link in the email and follow the prompts to setup your login credentials for scheduling.

We understand that scheduling vs. drop-in service is new and we appreciate your willingness to jump into this new routine with us. We are always here and ready to answer any questions. Never hesitate to call, email, or stop in to the Center.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN WILL DROP-IN SERVICE END AND SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS BEGIN?
We ask that you schedule all appointments, starting December 1st. Note that you will be able to schedule appointments as soon as you have access to Appointy-M. Starting on December 1st, we will no longer be able to accommodate drop-in appointments.

WHY IS MATHNASIUM MOVING AWAY FROM DROP-IN SERVICE?
At Mathnasium, we believe that your student can achieve their best results in a controlled, small-group environment. It is our goal to keep a 3 to 1, student to instructor ratio. The highest we go is 4 to 1. With drop-in service, it is very difficult to keep these ratios, as we can't gauge how many students will be in at any given time. With scheduled appointments, we're able to ensure that we are properly staffed to keep our small-group setting goal, which will lead to better results for your student.

DO I STILL HAVE THE FLEXIBILITY TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS WHEN IT IS CONVENIENT FOR MY STUDENT?
YES! Although we are now schedule-based, you still have quite a bit of flexibility. You can schedule up to 60-days in advance of your appointment. You can schedule on days and at times that are convenient for you. You don't have to schedule your child on the same day/time every week. All we ask is that you schedule your sessions at least 24-hours in advance.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT?
No problem. We understand that schedules change and sometimes you aren't able to keep a scheduled appointment. If you can't make your appointment, please cancel the appointment through your Appointy-M account or by calling us directly for assistance. You will be able to make up canceled appointments, time permitting. However, no-call/no-show appointments will not be able to be made up.

DO YOU HAVE ANY SCHEDULING TIPS YOU CAN SHARE?
We do! In fact, parents at the Mathnasium of Edmond and Mathnasium of Deer Creek have been using Appointy-M for several years and we've gathered some "best practices" from them.

• Book early for the best slots. We'll send you a reminder email every month to book your next month's sessions, but you don't have to wait to book! You can book up to 60-days out.
• If you have multiple students with us, you can book them at the same time in Appointy-M. 
• If you do plan to attend on the same days/times each week, you can schedule recurring appointments in Appointy-M. You don't have to book them individually. Just remember to cancel your appointment if you aren't going to make it in.
