There is nothing more classic…more amazing…more delicious than…a cookie. Wait…a cookie?! Yes, a cookie. And today is the day we acknowledge one of the most delicious dessert standards...the cookie. Today is National Cookie Day. Why acknowledge the cookie you may ask? Simple. Simple, simple, simple. A cookie can brighten your day. A cookie can be any flavor you desire (even a gross kale cookie, if that is what floats your cookie). A cookie can even be…gluten-free. But most importantly cookies are sweet and we need more sweetness in our day. And we need to be sweet to each other.
