Q: What did you notice about your center/re the first time you came in?
Employee Answer: When I first came in, the huge high-five of triumph I witnessed between an instructor and their student instantly brought a smile to my face. The student looked so excited to have finally understood the topic. It made me sure that I wanted to be one to be giving those high-fives.
Q: What is your favorite memory at your center/re?
Employee Answer: My favorite memory was when one of my students realized she was a few pages from reaching the end of her deck. She looked up at me and then down to her deck, immediately getting in the zone. After completing the deck in record time with no mistakes, she ran to the reward cabinet. Success! She got to take home the stuffed animal she'd been eyeing for weeks.
Q: What’s your favorite part about your center/re?
Owner/CD Answer: I really love seeing how the students and instructors work together and the happy smiling faces leaving at the end of their session. It is amazing and personally fulfilling to see students overcoming challenges and gaining confidence in math.
Q: What time of year is the most fun at your center/re?
Employee Answer: Pi Day is definitely the most fun at our center. Pi Day celebrations feature circular shaped food and games. Who wouldn't want to come enjoy pizza and moon pies with friends?
