Q: What have you noticed about your child since they have been attending Mathnasium?
Parent: Overall, since my son joined Mathnasium he has not been as negative towards homework or school in general. It used to be a struggle every single morning to get him to school, and I used to dread it. Now that he is not scared of getting questions wrong or potentially failing at quizzes or tests, his overall positive attitude makes getting ready for school day easier for both of us.
Q: What has been your favorite part about being enrolled at Mathnasium?
Student: My favorite part about being enrolled at Mathnasium is being able to spend more time at recess since I am no longer as far behind in class! Before, I was so behind in so much of my work, I kept having to stay in for recess, which was not fun! Now that I have been coming to Mathnasium, my teacher no longer needs me to stay in, and I can spend time with my friends!
Q: What has been a highlight of your year at Mathnasium?
Instructor: A highlight so far from my year at Mathnasium was seeing a student I had that was mostly Spanish-speaking not only get better in math overall, but being able to learn English along the way. It's an added benefit, thanks to the hard work he was also putting into Mathnasium!
