Mathnasium of West Forsyth wants to introduce you to our Owner, Todd Seibert - Owner/Director

Q: Why did you choose to own a Mathnasium center? A: I came from industry, working at IBM for over 20 years. I love Math and believe it is vital that our young people master math skills in elementary, middle and high school so they can succeed in college, their careers, and in life. I was committed to bringing the The Mathnasium Method™ to the children in the Cumming community and teaching math in a way that makes sense to them.

Q: What do you like about the city your Mathnasium center is located in? A: Cumming, GA is its own self contained community that has all the things young families need to enjoy a high quality of life. Cost of living is low and the access to the fun things in life are all around you here including great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Not to mention Lake Lanier and the North Georgia Mountains. It has been one of the fastest growing communities in the country for over three decades.

Q: Can you think of any way that your center has positively impacted the community that it’s located in? A: We are the premier Math Education center in the area. We are a consistent sponsor for all the elementary, middle and high schools in our area. We participate in community events throughout the school year demonstrating how Mathnasium can benefit all students whether they are struggling in Math or want enrichment.

Q: Did you like math when you were in grade school? A: Favorite subject through my college years.

Q: What do you think you would have liked most about Mathnasium if you had attended when you were in grade school? A: They way the Mathnasium Method makes sense to you. I like the alternative ways we connect with students. The learning environment is fun not stale.

Q: One last question, what’s something fun you enjoy doing in West Forsyth? A: Eat out, hike in the mountains and go to the lake. "
