Finals week is over and we want to first and foremost congratulate all of the hardworking students that have been studying rigorously to get their ideal final grade. So now that all the hustle and bustle is over, what is the plan for the rest of the school year?
In order for a student to be sucessful in their academics, there needs to be a strong and well-maintained foundation for newer concepts to make more sense and the transition to higher levels ideally seamless.
This year is the first year students are experiencing a fast-paced school year due to the newly introducted Quarter System. Due to this new structure combined with the virtual model, recent Mathnasium assessment scores from families in the Mira Mesa and Scripps Ranch community have shown an alarming rate of learning loss occuring in students foundations.
