Emily Makosky
Lead Instructor
Hello! My name is Emily Makosky, a senior at UAB studying mathematics with a minor in STEM education. In my free time, I love to go thrifting, read, cook, decorate, play games, and listen to music. I’m interested in fashion, design, politics, learning Spanish, and math (obviously), and Mathnasium, along with the UABTeach program, has made me fall in love with teaching! Not only do I enjoy helping students feel more confident in their math skills; I love being able to connect and hopefully make their days brighter.
