Download our variation on this popular puzzle (below) to get started. Together with your child, identify all the horizontal and vertical equations. You may choose to solve the “easier” problems first. Then, as you gain momentum (and confidence in your skills!), you’ll be able to solve the whole thing. Do your best to use only mental math and, once complete, compare your answers with our answer key.
