Tiger

Lead Instructor
Tiger is a Navy veteran and computer science student with a background in teaching Taekwondo-Do. Tiger enjoys spending quality time with family and staying active through working out. Passionate about empowering students and sharing knowledge, He brings a unique perspective to the learning environment. With a dedication to education and a love for math, Tiger strives to create a supportive and engaging learning experience for all students.

Kristalyn

Instructor
Kristalyn has been captivated by the world of mathematics since childhood. As a recipient of the prestigious Michael Lamka Mathematical Achievement Award, her deep-rooted passion for mathematics drives her mission to unveil the sheer enjoyment that math can bring to students. When not solving problems, she enjoys baking, playing the piano, and doting on her two cats.

Jamie

Instructor
Jamie has recently earned a Bachelor's Degree in math from the University of Washington, and is working towards obtaining a teaching certificate so she can work as a math teacher. She loves math, and is excited to help students learn new concepts, and master their current skills. Jamie is a mom to four kids, and in her spare time she likes to do puzzles, play board games, and play piano.

Jameson

Instructor
Jameson's passion for mathematics has been a lifelong affair, stemming from a very young age. His background includes not only his love for numbers but also valuable experience instructing Taekwondo and officiating youth soccer games, which speaks to his commitment to guiding and mentoring others. Currently, Jameson is dedicated to his education, pursuing a computer science degree in College. In his leisure time, when he's not engrossed in academic pursuits or at the Mathnasium center, he finds joy in socializing with friends and actively participating in soccer as a valuable member of his club team.

Tim

Director, Mathnasium @Home
Tim was born and raised in Spokane, Washington, and moved to Puyallup after getting married in 2020. He holds both a BA and MS in Mathematics from Eastern Washington University where he also loved being a math instructor for 10 years. Seeing students of any age have that light bulb moment when the concept they've been working on finally clicks fully for them is what Tim lives for. In his spare time he enjoys playing guitar and singing for friends as well as acting and singing in community theatre productions.
